Kellen Boswell Winslow II is an American former professional football player who was a tight end in the National Football League. He played college football at the University of Miami, where he earned unanimous All-American honors, was recognized as the top college tight end and won the 2001 BCS national championship. Ex-NFL Player Kellen Winslow II Pleads Guilty to Raping an Unconscious Teen. The plea, part of an agreement he made with prosecutors to receive a lighter prison sentence of 12 to 18 years, came just hours before Winslow was set to be retried on charges relating to assaulting those two women and a third woman, with the potential for even harsher penalties, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune.

Holly Lynn Bobo disappeared on April 13, 2011, from her family home in Darden, Tennessee. She was last seen alive by her brother, Clint, shortly before 8 a.m., walking into the woods outside her home with a man wearing camouflage. Alexandria Duval is charged with second-degree murder in the death of her twin sister. The former yoga instructor is accused of intentionally driving her SUV off a cliff to murder her sister. Within days of her sisters death, Alexandria was seen wearing her dead sisters clothes and flirted with her dead sister's boyfriend. His testimony stated she was cuddling up on him and sat down really close. The car plunged 200 feet into a rocky shoreline below, although she sustained injuries, her sister died. The motive is unclear.

Although he never denied opening fire, and killing tow of them, this man feels he is innocent. The State is seeking the death penalty for a Titusville man accused of shooting to death two neighbors and nearly killing a third person will head to trial next week. He opened fire on his three neighbors and is charged in the 2012 Labor Day shooting deaths of Gary Lee Hembree and Roger Picior and the attempted murder of Timothy Blake outside his home on Smith Drive in Titusville. His own surveillance camera recorded the murders.

[Guilty] Luis Toledo Murder Trial - Killing of Yessenia Suarez
October 27, 2017 11:00 pm - A verdict was rendered - guilty of first degree murder as charged. Toledo, 35, is charged with second-degree murder in the killing of Yessenia Suarez, 28, and two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of her children. His wife, Yessenia Suarez and her children, Thalia Otto, 9, and Michael Otto, 8, disappeared from their Deltona home in October 2013. They have not been found. According to the prosecutors the little girls blood was found on the toe of his red shoe. He claims he killed his wife in self defense and someone else must have killed the children. He had told her he wanted a divorce and he was angry she was having an affair. Mother was worried about her daughter when she disappeared. At one point the judge stopped the testimony because the father was too emotional.

At least 50 people were killed in the shooting rampage during a Jason Aldean concert. An off-duty Las Vegas police officer was among those killed, the police department said.
Authorities say the suspect, 64-year-old Stephen Paddock of Mesquite, Nevada, fired from the 32nd floor of the nearby Mandalay Bay hotel. Officers found at least eight weapons, including multiple long rifles, in Paddock's room, Las Vegas Police Undersheriff Kevin McMahill told CNN.

NBA Players - Morris Brothers Live Trial
The Morris brothers were indicted by an Arizona grand jury in 2015. They are accused of helping three other people beat 36-year-old Erik Hood outside a Phoenix recreation center. Two of the other co-defendants pleaded guilty Wednesday to aggravated assault charges. Police say Hood was leaving a high school basketball game when he was approached by a friend of the Morris brothers. Hood told Phoenix police the man was speaking to him when he was punched in the back of the head.
