In a move to diversify its local market base, Aziza Homes will now offer production homes in addition to its custom home and multi-family offerings.
The Houston-based builder has begun construction on semi-custom homes in the northwest Harris County development of Tuscany.
Aziza Homes, formerly known as Millennium Homes, will build 10 homes in the first phase of Tuscany and anticipates participating in future phases as well.

The home builder is offering one- and two-story plans in Tuscany that range in size from 2,650 square feet to 3,850 square feet. The homes are priced in the low $300,000s.
Tuscany, located in Cypress near Grant and Eldridge, is a development of 140 home sites.
David Cox, president of Aziza Design and of the builder's production home division, says the production homes will be planned by the same designer who designs the builder's custom homes.
Aziza Homes is looking to expand its new production division to other areas of fast-growing northwest Harris County, as well as to Conroe and League City.
Founded in 1998, Aziza Homes builds homes ranging in price from $300,000 to $3 million.
In addition to its foray into production homes, the company has entered the multi-family residential market with two projects in Austin.
