Arbor Heights features new homes priced from the 130's to the 170's. Builders are Beazer Homes and Ryland Homes, borht feature one and two story plans ranging from 1,360 to 2,200 square feet.
Both builders are offering introductory pricing and other incentives while their model homes are under construction.
ARbor Heights will feature ornamental street lights, varied home setbacks and a landscaped centeral park patternid after the central greens found in historic neighborhoods.

Springs is located just over 20 miles north of downtown Houston in the
