The company, which was founded in 1998, completed 75 homes in Houston in 2005, bringing the total since its inception to more than 300.
Aziza Homes President Bruce Winfrey and CEO Andrew Estes met while building their own homes across the street from one another. Both had extensive experience in single- and multi-family residential construction and decided to leverage their expertise to form a home-building company.
The company's focus is on urban revitalization and upgrading existing neighborhoods.
As part of its expansion plan, Aziza Homes has entered the multi-family residential market in Austin. The condominium homes of Las Colinas at Lake Austin and The Vintage, a 328-unit apartment community, are under way in Austin.
