Sueba USA Begins Leasing San Paloma Apartments

HOUSTON, March 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sueba USA Corp., the Houston-based, award-winning residential real estate group, recently began leasing units in the San Paloma Apartment Homes, Sueba's newest luxury, garden-style apartment community. San Paloma is a 390,648-square-foot development situated on more than 13 acres located in West Houston's Energy Corridor.

The multi-million dollar project offers six different floor plans for three-story apartments, ranging from 814 to 1,220 square feet. Located at 1255 Eldridge Parkway between Briar Forest and Memorial, San Paloma's 372 garden-style apartment homes will be leased for between $985 to $1,495 per month.

San Paloma was designed by Sueba Consulting, Inc., and constructed by Sueba Construction Inc., with landscape design by Tropical Landscape Services and is managed by Southhampton Management, Inc. The project broke ground in March 2005, further expanding their impressive portfolio of fine luxury apartments and once again demonstrating their ability to meet the demand for an upscale project.

"From the resort-style swimming area to the 18-person private media room, San Paloma showcases Sueba's tradition for developing the finest luxury apartment communities throughout Houston," said John Chiang, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sueba USA Corp.

"To meet the demand of West Houston's commercial and residential growth, we've set a higher standard for apartment home living by providing standard custom features not usually found in apartments, but rather in custom homes."

Standard Custom Features

The standard custom features found in all San Paloma units include ceramic tile flooring and plush carpet; faux marble tile and framed mirrors in bathrooms; Roman tubs with free-standing showers; granite countertops; brushed nickel hardware and fixtures; nine-foot ceilings with crown molding; walk-in closets; individual alarm systems; built-in wine racks; and full-size stackable washers and dryers. The use of elegant archways and alcoves in each unit, as well as an open-atmosphere architectural design, give residents a custom home feeling.

Mixing a Tuscany villa with contemporary art and appeal, the gated community greets patrons and visitors with a stone masonry exterior. Rich, tropical landscaping surrounds the entire community.

"The attention to detail, ranging from each individual unit to our unsurpassed amenities, position San Paloma as a premier luxury apartment community," said David Jones, President of Southhampton Management, Inc. "Our management style, coupled with the quality design and construction, confirm the excellent reputation found at our properties."

Amenities

San Paloma's leasing office, clubroom, pool area and fitness center set the tone for the entire community. The clubroom, filled with contemporary art design and exquisite furnishings, features a gourmet kitchen, complete with an island bar where cooking classes for residents will be scheduled in the near future.

Available to lease for private parties, the clubroom's seating area is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows with a 60-inch plasma television inset in one of the walls. San Paloma's outdoor amenities can be viewed from the clubroom, centering mainly on the community's massive, resort-style swimming pool, complete with a three-tier water fountain.

An outdoor seating area with a fireplace and two separate barbeque grilles compliment the swimming area.

The clubroom also leads to a three-tiered, private media room that residents can reserve 24-hours a day. The media room seats 18 with individual leather recliners and houses a 123-inch diagonal movie screen.

San Paloma also offers video monitoring from the remote-control access gate, as well as other areas within the unit. All security camera views are accessible to residents and may be viewed 24-hours a day from any television within the apartment complex.

Other common area features include: a cyber cafe, housing several computers and printers; a modern fitness center, equipped with state-of-the-art Life Fitness exercise equipment; covered parking; and a children's playground built atop eight inches of shredded rubber for added safety.
