Several national retailers have opened their doors at Market Street in The Woodlands, just in time for the spring shopping season.
J. Crew, which offers clothing and accessories for men, women and children, is now up and running in the shopping center.
The opening marks the second area location for the retailer, which opened its first location in the Galleria.
Swoozies, a party planning store which offers custom invitations, personal stationary and gift ides, also recently opened its doors at Market Street.
Meanwhile, upscale women's retailer Lilly Pulitzer is scheduled to open its doors later this spring.
The new location will be the its first retail store in Houston and its second in Texas.
Besides its newest shopping spots, Market Street has added to its restaurant collection with the opening of Uni Sushi, a sophisticated restaurant led by John Hwan and the same culinary team that brought the highly successful Uptown Sushi to Houston.
Uni Sushi offers appetizers, salads, soups and specialty rolls as well as Nigiri Sushi and Sashimi. The restaurant features an outdoor dining area that overlooks Market Street's Central Park.
Other openings this spring include the home furnishings store, Interiors with Panache and PlayTime for Kids, a pay-as-you-go, drop-off child care center with weekly activities for children.
Market Street, located at 9595 Six Pines Drive, is a joint venture development of Trademark Property and Kimco Developers Inc.
